Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at service@mudcrafted.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply in cases of customer error.
